Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition for an exchange, store credit or your money back within two weeks of recieving the purchased item.  Since Kelly Marie Jewelry does not charge shipping and handling charges, you will be responsible for shipping fees on returned items.

This return policy does not apply to custom orders.  Custom-made pieces my not be returned.

Follow these instructions to return an item:

1) Obtain return authorization by contacting us at kellymariejewelry@gmail.com within two weeks of the reciept of the purchased item.  We will email you a return authorization number.

2) After you have received a return authorization number, please complete the return form that will be emailed to you at the same time as your return authorization number and pack it with your item.

3) Pack the item with its original packing material to prevent damage.

4) Send your return via insured U.S. mail.  Kelly Marie Jewelry will not accept returns shipped C.O.D.  Send your return within two weeks of reciept of purchase to:
